When do I pay?
After chatting with a trip designer or submitting an online enquiry, a deposit of $50 per day of your trip is due to retain our services.
This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your trip when everything is finalized and you're ready to book. If you decide not to take your trip, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Once your trip is finalized, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 90 days before your trip. If your trip starts within 90 days, full payment is required so that we can make all of your bookings in time.
When is the best time of year to visit Austria?
